On the main page, enter the dates and times you wish to rent the vehicle, the pick-up and drop-off location and the driver’s age and click on the “search” button. Get a quote for the vehicle you are interested in.

Fill the personal details form, providing your name, country, mobile phone number and E-mail address. If you are picking up at the airport or the port, please do not forget to provide your flight number or the name of your boat and the exact arrival time. Once your booking is complete, you will receive by mail a printable voucher.

Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time. Partial days will be counted as full days.

One driver per rental is included in the price. For a second driver there is an extra cost 5 euro per day.Up to 2 drivers can be per rental.

Driver must be 21+ years old, with driver’s license held for minimum 12 months, for car groups A , A1 and 23+ years old, with 24 months driving license, for all other car groups. There is no extra charge for young drivers between 21 and 23 years old, but the rental is limited in the A , A1 , F , F1 car category . For motorbikes 50cc , 125cc , quad , driver must be over 18 years old .

You are allowed to return the vehicle up to 1 hour later than the pick-up time, without being charged an extra day.

All rentals include insurance basic Insurance with an excess amount depending on the vehicle category. Credit card in the name of the driver is required as guarantee. Additional insurance is also available for an extra cost upon request.

All rentals are paid on spot the day of car pick-up, unless otherwise instructed by the reservations department.

No, there is no cancellation fee. However, you are required to give at least 2-days prior notice if you wish to cancel your reservation.

In case of a breakdown or an accident you should contact the station where you picked up the car (all contact information will be provided the first day of the rental). You should explain the problem to our representative as clearly as possible. Help will be sent to your location as soon as possible. You should remain close to your vehicle until assistance arrives. If there is a problem that cannot be fixed on spot, a replacement vehicle will be provided.

In case of key loss, you should contact the local station where you picked up the car. Our agents will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.

The operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. For service outside the operating hours (service between 10 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.) an extra 20 euro per rental will apply. The early/late service fee applies only for vehicle pick-up and not for car return outside the office hours..

No, you will certainly not lose your reservation and it is preferable to inform us about the delay. In addition, there is no fine, but if service is offered out of the operating hours, due to the delay, an extra fee 15 euro will be added to the final price.

All drivers must present a valid driver’s EU license or international license (for non-EU drivers) and a valid ID card or passport. For Quad it needs just car license . For motorbike 50cc it needs AM license .For motorbike 125cc it needs A1 licenses or AM licenses if the driver is 27 years ,or older, and has 4 years the AM licenses . Drivers should also have a credit card in their name.

No, you cannot, as it is prohibited by the Greek traffic law to drive without a driver’s license. However, if there is a second driver in your group having a driver’s license you can still proceed with the rental.

If your hotel is located in one of areas we offer services, we can deliver the vehicle to your hotel. Depending on the length of the rental period and/or the distance of the hotel from our stations, extra fees might apply.

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as in pick-up. In case the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel, the price of the excess fuel will not be refunded.

Transporting and driving the vehicle outside the main island of Crete is not allowed.

The rental can be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Like all car rental companies, vehicle models are indicative only. In the reservation only the vehicle category is confirmed and not a specific vehicle model .

In case of rental extension, you must notify the local station where you rented the vehicle. All contact information will be provided the day of car pick-up by our agents. A minimum 24hour notice prior to return date is required.
